Specialists from various disciplines work together on this. This multidisciplinary team focuses on:

• The prevention of diseases, extending lives and promoting (public) health.
• Extending lives and promoting (public) health by working together as a society in an organized manner.

Health innovation and evaluation 

HTA and Nursing Science

This discipline focuses on the evaluation of new developments in medicine and healthcare. Working in a multidisciplinary team, we perform economic evaluation studies and Health Innovation studies of medication, diagnostics, healthcare innovations and public health interventions.

The discipline of Health Innovation en Evaluation comprises Health Technology Assessment and Nursing Science.

Medical humanities

The interdisciplinary specialty Medical Humanities combines humanities and social sciences. We contribute to scientific and social issues concerning ethical and legal dilemmas.
