If you will be studying at the Utrecht General Practice Training Institute as of September 2019, the following dates are important:
- There is an information meeting on Tuesday afternoon, May 28, 2019.
- We would like you to be available on June 14, 2019 for matching of postgraduate students and trainers.

SBOH
- During your training, you are employed by the SBOH, the Foundation for Professional General Practitioner Training. The General Practice Training Institute will arrange registration with SBOH.
- The terms of employment for postgraduate students are set out in a collective labor agreement.
RGS
- To start the training, you need to be registered in the BIG register without registration.
- You will also have to be registered in the training register of the Registration Committee of Healthcare Specialists (RGS). The RGS will receive your personal details from the general practice training institute.
- You can register in MyRGS yourself, as soon as your trainer is known. If the practice or trainer does not have official recognition at the time of the request, you must contact the RGS.
- Registration must be completed before the start of training, or you cannot start the program.
ELE and reading list
- Our Electronic Learning Environment (ELE) contains all information on education and practical matters related to education. You will receive a user name and password before the start of your program.
- There is a list of books you must read when you attend the general practice training program. This mandatory reading list will apply from the summer of 2018.
